Annemargrethe is situated exactly on the Steinbock cross-country trail. The trail is part of a web of 45 kilometers (28 miles). The ski run travels along little rivers, waterfalls, forest and beautiful alpine meadows.Walking
Also in the winter the Kleinwalsertal it is very suitable for wonderful walking tours along well marked and prepared pathways that are relatively even and go through forests, along little rivers and breathtaking scenery. In Kleinwalsertal you will find 6 different ski areas with a total length of 80 miles. The areas are connected by using very frequent free bus transportation. They vary in height between 1800-2200 meters. The areas are called:Walmedingerhorn, Heuberg, Ifen,Kanzelwand, Sollereck and Oberstdorf. Each area has its own charm and is very suitable for a day of fun.
From Riezlern it is possible to ski via the Kanzelwand and Fellerhornbahn to Oberstdorf (Germany).
The difficulty of each of each area makes Kleinwalsertal very pleasant for families (children) and groups.
Ski area Kleinwalsertal is excellent for all ski- and cross-country levels.
The snow boarders can enjoy themselves in the snowboard passes of the Kanzelwand and Sollereck.
Skipasses in Kleinwalsertal are relatively cheap. The ski school (including children classes), ski rental, ski lifts and apres ski are all available within 150 yards of vacation house Annemargrethe
